FAQ

Everything You Need to Know Before Placing an Order

Find quick answers about embroidery digitizing, file formats, pricing, turnaround, revisions and production requirements.

Getting Started

What is the best program for embroidery digitizing?

There is no single program that is best for every project. Professional results depend more on the digitizer’s experience, stitch planning and production knowledge than on the software alone.

How can I get my logo digitized for embroidery?

Simply upload your artwork, required size, fabric, placement and machine format. We will review the design, provide a quote and prepare the production-ready file after approval.

What information should I provide with my order?

Please include the final width and height, fabric or product type, placement, required machine format, thread colours, embroidery technique, deadline and any special production instructions.

Pricing & Turnaround

How much does embroidery digitizing cost?

Pricing depends on the design’s complexity, size, stitch technique, placement and required turnaround. Upload your artwork to receive an accurate quotation.

How quickly will I receive my digitized file?

Most files are delivered within 4-12 hours. Turnaround depends on design complexity and current workload. Standard and priority delivery options are available, and the expected delivery time is confirmed before work begins.

Files & Formats

Which artwork file types can I submit?

You may send JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or other clear artwork files. High-quality artwork helps us preserve more detail in the final embroidery design.

Which embroidery file formats do you provide?

We provide most major machine formats, including DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, CND and more.

How do I know which machine format I need?

The required format depends on your embroidery machine. Send us the machine brand and model, and we will help you select the correct file type.

Can you resize an existing embroidery file?

Minor resizing may be possible, but significant size changes often require redigitizing to maintain correct density, detail and stitch quality.

Digitizing & Production

Do you digitize the design according to the fabric?

Yes. Underlay, density, stitch length, pull compensation and sequencing are adjusted according to the fabric, placement, size and embroidery technique.

Do you offer 3D puff, appliqué and patch digitizing?

Yes. We provide specialised digitizing for 3D puff, appliqué, patches, caps, jacket backs, small lettering and other embroidery applications.

Do you provide a stitch count estimate?

Yes. We can provide an estimated stitch count after reviewing the artwork. The final stitch count is confirmed once the digitizing is complete.

Do you provide a colour sequence or production worksheet?

Yes. Available production information, including colour sequence and design details, can be supplied with the final embroidery file.

Do you provide test sew-outs?

Test sew-outs may be available depending on the project and selected service. Please confirm this requirement before placing the order.

Revisions, Artwork & Confidentiality

Are revisions included?

Yes, reasonable adjustments related to the original instructions are included according to our revision policy. Major artwork changes, new sizes or different placements may require an additional charge.

Can you recreate low-quality or blurry artwork?

Yes. We can redraw low-resolution logos and images before digitizing. Vector tracing or artwork-cleanup charges may apply depending on the condition of the original file.

Do you offer vector tracing services?

Yes. We convert low-resolution images and logos into clean, scalable vector files suitable for printing, branding, engraving and production.

Will my artwork remain confidential?

Yes. Client artwork and project files are handled privately and are not displayed publicly without permission.

Do you keep a backup of completed files?

Files may be stored for a limited period, but customers should keep their own permanent backup after delivery.
